Niedzica Castle, a 14th Century Hungarian castle in what is now the southernmost part of Poland sits atop the newly formed Lake Czorsztyn. It has a storied history as an important meeting point of trade and diplomacy between the Kingdoms of Poland and Hungary. And, until the 1940s, was continuously inhabited by the families who owned it across the centuries.
